Welcome to 2026! We're kicking things off with a few improvements to help things run more smoothly as you start the year.
#New features
#Classify coupon codes for revenue recognition
We've added the ability to apply a revenue recognition (rev rec) method to coupons in ChargeOver. Classifying any coupons you use with a rev rec method will ensure your revenue is accurately reported on.

#NMI - send level 3 data to payment gateway
We now support level 3 processing for the Network Merchants (NMI) payment processor. If you use NMI as a payment processor, you can send level 3 data to NMI to help save money on interchange fees and increase transaction security.

#Other improvements
#Confirmation emails for password changes
If you're an admin user, you'll now receive a confirmation email whenever your password is changed. This helps keep your account secure and detect any unauthorized password resets.
#New Gateway Auth Code column on payments list
We've added a new column for Gateway Auth Code on the list of payments. This added information helps you quickly locate specific payments and spend less time troubleshooting transactions.
#Longer storage time for REST API requests and responses
We now store logs for REST API requests and responses for more time when you make API calls to perform these actions:
- Create a customer, user, invoice, transaction, quote, or subscription
- Update a customer, user, invoice, quote, or subscription
- Delete a customer, user, or invoice
You can view these logs in ChargeOver when looking at the Audit Log tab on the corresponding object. Expand the request details to see more information when you need to troubleshoot actions made via the REST API.
