Halloween is almost here! Enjoy some spooky updates from the ChargeOver team!
#Updates and new features
#Syncing credit memos to QuickBooks Online

We've added support for syncing credits to QuickBooks Online. Credits can be used as a way to provide a future discount for a customer, or as a way to mark an invoice paid (even if the customer did not actually pay the full amount).
Credits now sync directly to QuickBooks, reducing customer/invoice balances in QuickBooks and making your accounting end-of-month quicker and easier!
#Custom field improvements
We've added support to have up to 50 customer custom fields, so you can add even more specialized data to your customers.
Also, we've updated dropdown-type custom fields to give you more control of your dropdown options. Edit existing custom field options - even if they have already been used on invoices, payments, or subscriptions.
#Charge late fees (on a separate invoice)
We've added the ability to have late fees place on a separate invoice, instead of directly on the invoice that is overdue.
This allows late fee payments to be handled separately from payments for overdue invoices, which makes accrual accounting easier (the original invoices are not modified when a late fee is assessed, so your month-end will go smoothly even if the overdue invoice is in a closed accounting period!)
