Bulk cancellations, linking HubSpot records, and more!

We've made several improvements to allow for quicker cancellations, re-linking HubSpot records, and more.

#New features

#Bulk cancel multiple subscriptions at once

We've added the ability to cancel multiple subscriptions at once. From the customer's Subscriptions tab, check off the subscriptions you want to cancel, and choose the Cancel Subscriptions option.

#Re-map ChargeOver records to HubSpot records

Accidentally sync the wrong customer in ChargeOver to the wrong customer in HubSpot? No big deal!

You can attach (or re-attach) ChargeOver customers or subscriptions to your HubSpot customers or deals any time.

Click the Link icon to re-map ChargeOver records to HubSpot records:

  • Added support for filtering lists of customers, invoices, and subscriptions by the Terms column
  • Added support for Stripe restricted keys

#Bug fixes

  • Fixed a QuickBooks Online sales tax edge-case when sales tax was charged, but the net tax amount was 0.00 due to discounts
